BMW Tool Rental is an independent specialist. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by BMW AG. References to "BMW" describe vehicle compatibility only.

2. These terms

By placing an order or hiring a tool through this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

3. Products & services

We supply Forte automotive additives and the hire of specialist valve-seal tool kits. Descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith and as accurately as possible, though minor variations may occur. Additives should be used in line with the manufacturer's instructions; results can vary with vehicle condition.

4. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. An order is accepted once we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order and issue a full refund where necessary.

5. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout. We do not store your full card details. Your purchase is protected by the secure (SSL) checkout on this site.

6. Delivery

UK delivery is free (typically 1–5 working days). We also ship internationally; delivery times vary by destination (typically Europe 3–7 working days, USA & Canada 5–10 working days, rest of world 7–14 working days) and shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns, refunds & exchanges

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging. Please contact us first for return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless agreed otherwise in writing. Full details are in our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Tool hire

Tool kit hire is subject to our separate Tool Rental Agreement, including hire period, deposit, condition and return requirements. The hirer is responsible for the safe and correct use of hired tools.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the relevant product or hire. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from incorrect use of products or tools, or from work carried out on a vehicle.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
