Rental Agreement:

By renting a tool from BMW Tool Rental, you agree to the following rental agreement:

Rental Period:

The rental period for the tool is 7 days from the date the tool is delivered.

Rental Fees:

The rental fee for the tool is the amount shown on the website at the time of purchase. Rental fees are non-refundable.

Shipping:

We offer free shipping to customers in the uk when they rent a tool from us. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have agreed to cover the cost in writing.

Tool Return:

The tool must be returned to us in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer, reasonable wear and tear expected. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the tool is returned to us on time.

Late Returns:

If the tool is not returned by the due date, the rental fee will continue to accrue at the same rate until the tool is returned.

Tool Damage:

The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs to the tool during the rental period. If the tool is damaged or lost, the customer will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.

Tool Misuse:

The tool is to be used only for its intended purpose. Any misuse of the tool will result in additional fees or charges.
