Based on your answers it does sound like your valve seals have worn and are letter oil leak though into the combustion chamber, I think theirs a good chance that a mix of forte seal conditioner and forte oil fortifier could fix your smoking and oil leak issues.

Normally if the issue hasn't been there very long then id give forte seal conditioner about an 80% chance of working, and its defiantly your cheapest first option compared with replacing your valve seals.

Here's what i recommend

If your engine size is below 2.0 litres then:-

• add 1 bottle of forte oil fortifier first and run the car for a day as normal then

• add 1 bottle of forte seal conditioner.
  

If your engine size is above 2.0 litres then:-

• add 1 bottle of forte oil fortifier first and run the car for a day as normal then

• add 2 bottles of forte seal conditioner.

you should see an improvement right away but it can take 2 weeks to 2 months to fully work!
